Commencer Sans Se Ruiner

Étape 1 : La Douche Froide (Le Point de Départ)

C'est la méthode la plus accessible et la plus sous-estimée. Le Protocole Progressif :

Étape 2 : Le Bain Glacé "Système D"

Si vous avez une baignoire, c'est facile.
  1. Remplissez la baignoire d'eau froide du robinet.
  2. Achetez 2 à 4 sacs de glaçons (dans les supermarchés ou stations-service).
  3. Versez les glaçons. Attendez 5 minutes que la température descende (visez 10-12°C pour commencer).
  4. Entrez doucement. Ne mettez pas la tête sous l'eau pour éviter le choc thermique brutal.

Étape 3 : Le Congélateur Coffre (Pour les Bricoleurs)

C'est la solution favorite des "biohackers" pour un bain glacé permanent à moindre coût. * Matériel : Un congélateur coffre neuf ou d'occasion. * Étanchéité : Il faut étanchéifier les joints avec du silicone marin. * Sécurité : TRES IMPORTANT. Débranchez TOUJOURS le congélateur avant d'y entrer. L'électricité et l'eau ne font pas bon ménage. * Contrôle : Utilisez une prise programmable pour qu'il ne tourne que quelques heures par jour, évitant que l'eau ne devienne un bloc de glace solide.
